How do I send personalized messages?

To send a Personalized message, you need to either send from the last two messaging types which is either Sending to Group or Sending from Contacts to File.
On the page where you type your message, check the box by Personalized messages and that will unveil the fields. The personalized fields will now be at your disposal.
