Frog works on a prepaid basis. You can purchase credits online via all the mobile money platforms, Visa cards, Master cards or electronic funds transfer. Should you wish to pay via electronic funds transfer, kindly inform us and we will make our bank details available.

You can have two types of credit in your account:

• Cash Balance
• Bundles

The main differences between these two are:

1. Cash balance does not expire but the bundles have between 15 and 45 days to expire
2. Messages to international numbers can only be sent with cash balance
3. Because cash balance does not expire, sms sent with your cash balance costs GHs 0.030, whiles with bundles, an sms costs as low GHs 0.0196.
